D&D Fishing Charters Safety Safety is our most important concern. The D&D Fishing Charters boat is a 2018 Transport Canada Marine Safety Certified and Inspected Passenger Vessel.   We carry commercial insurance and have commercial licensing to operate as a fishing charter business.   We have Transport Canada approved life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid supplies and are fully certified in marine first aid and marine safety.     The D&D Fishing Charters boat has received the International Marine Certification Institute's certification which fully complies with the IMCI's stringent safety requirements for stability, freeboard, buoyancy and flotation.   Magazine Comments   “The Skagit Orca is built to take almost anything Mother Nature throws down.
