To reserve your fishing date and time, a deposit of $100 is required. Deposit is refundable if you cancel your trip and provide 30 days notice before departure. Deposit is credit toward a future charter, and is non-refundable, if you cancel your trip and provide less than 30 days notice before departure.
The captain reserves the right to cancel the trip due to any uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather and a 100% refund is guaranteed.
